Hockey Dryland Training

Our experienced trainers are training Girls Hockey Teams from Midget BB to Midget AA for the 2013/2014 Hockey season.

Programs improve strength, speed and agility for on ice performance. With the use of plyometrics, weights, stairs and even hills we develop programs using high intensity training. Each workout will challenge muscles and mind. Our workouts will improve strength, speed, endurance, cardio, coordination, balance and flexibility.

Our Programs inspire, and strengthen team dynamics.
