fit4adventure Personal Workout Plans leverage plyometric exercises that use body weight, body movements and simple fitness equipment coordinated into an innovative workout using unique combinations of exercises, repetitions and timing to challenge your muscles and your mind. Our workouts will improve your strength, endurance, cardio, coordination, balance and flexibility.
We can design a Personal Workout Plan that can target upper, lower, or core, provide sports specific exercises or deliver a complete head to toe workout. Personal Workout Plans can be packaged into 6 or 12 week programs. We can also build a completely custom plan carefully designed to your specifications.
